How we hire

Pre-Screening
An informal chat with our Talent Acquisition Manager via MS Teams. We'll discuss Validis' mission, tell you about the team and run though the expectations of the role. You will also have the opportunity to give an overview of your experience and ask any questions.

Interview Stages
For all of our roles, we have a tailored approach to interview stages, with each position incorporating 1 - 3 stages. All interviews will include a different member of the hiring team and provide you the opportunity to dive deeper into your skills & experience.

Technical Showcase
We incorporate a technical test into the hiring process for some of our engineering positions. This would be the second stage interview and can be held virtually or in person. Prior to this stage you will be provided a full project brief, relevant files and our Talent Manager will be on hand to support with any preparation.

Offer
Our favourite part of the process! Our Talent Manager will give you a call to talk you through the offer, package and benefits. We'll follow up with an official offer letter & contract of employment. Once you're happy with everything and documents are signed we can begin onboarding.
